Job Description

Position Summary

This position is responsible for supporting APJ Laboratory Products. We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our team. You will play a crucial role in providing analysis and support to various areas of our organization. This position requires effective analysis and communication with management to drive business decisions and provide financial support for the APJ Laboratory Products business units. This is a highly visible role, where the position will work closely with Division Leadership team, Division Finance, APJ Commercial team, Country Commercial and Country FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting and Reporting

  • Manage forecasting and reporting process, such as weekly pulse, MBR, STRAP and AOP by preparing, consolidating and analyzing the financial data.

  • Analyze financial data to identify key drivers and trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

  • Provide analysis on revenue, opex, CCCM and other key financial metrics

  • Provide guidance to Country FP&A on forecasting and reporting matters

  • Develop and improve reporting and analysis to enhance visibility to business performance

Business Partnering

  • Drive discussions and provide financial recommendations to APJ and country commercial teams to deliver growth and profitability

  • Work with cross-functional and country teams to drive operational excellence and delivery of commitment

Others

  • Involve in Sales Incentive calculation and discussion

  • Participate in special projects and ad hoc requests that support the strategic initiatives of the organization

Requirements/Qualifications

  • Business or Finance related degree

  • At least 5 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience

  • Ability to correlate results from data analysis to sales processes to provide insights and support business decisions

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence partners from multiple departments, and to communicate with sales

  • Experience working in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment and demonstrate strong organizational problem-solving skills

  • Strong self-direction and initiative; willingness and ability to take complete ownership of responsibilities
