Project Description:

1) Provide support to the automation/ system control / MES / Equipment engineering

2) Support projects in the plant priority matrix and support strategic initiatives

3) Prepare test procedures, work instruction and validation protocol

4) Identify areas for improvement and determine technical feasibility of potential workflow enhancement projects

5) Perform other assigned tasks and duties

Learning Outcome:

1) Expose to the work environment of the Medical Technology plant and introduce them to key day-to-day activities

2) Understand the business and industry trends

3) Build up competency and confidence in carrying out routine activities independently through the training programme

4) Explore potential opportunities and initiatives for plant improvement and optimization

Role Requirement:

1) Mechanical, Electrical, Precision Engineering or equivalent

2) Willing to learn and perform tasks that are beyond applicant's scope of study

3) Possess basic understanding and strong interest in engineering and related disciplines

4) Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
