Description:

You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Engineering Assistant Manager is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Qualifications:

*Due to the Singapore government foreign worker work passquota restriction, we regret that only Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residentwill be considered*

• Possess an EngineeringDiploma/Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Facility Management orequivalent.

• Competence in financialplanning and contract management.

• Good working knowledge of MSWord, Excel, Powerpoint.

• Possess good creative-thinkingand problem-solving skills.

• Results-driven individualcapable of effective people management, quality control and projectsdelivery on-time within budget in a fast-paced environment.

• Pro-active, independent andable to work with minimum supervision.

• General knowledge of allfacility and building systems including HVAC, power distribution, fireprotection system, plumbing and building maintenance.

• Able to perform duty onweekends and public holidays.

• Prior experience in the hotelindustry will be an advantage.
