Demand Planning
Responsible to develop demand forecast through data analytics tools/statistical models which indirectly drive supply & production planning, and directly affecting the availability of inventory to customers. Works with Marketing/ Product Managers, Finance and Global Supply Planners to understand the impact of the forecast, the financial gaps, potential risk and opportunities.
Driving Product classification in terms of volume & value share, demand volatility and strategic importance which is used to determine differentiated demand, supply and inventory strategy.
Lead countries demand review and chair monthly S&OP meeting by actively engaging the Marketing and Finance community as key participants in the process.
Leverage statistical forecasting to improve forecast accuracy.
Supply planning
Perform weekly supply review and analysis to drive optimization of both supply and inventory planning. Prepare BO, airfreight and revenue risk projection.
Champion supply issues and influence Global/ Manufacturing decisions regarding capacity, supply and production allocations.
Lead adhoc manual allocation and/or stockpile process and work with key stakeholders to ensure business priorities are met.
Drive system solutions, improve planning accuracy & predictability, improve Inbound/outbound service level performance.
Champion inventory planning for brand transition.
Inventory Management
Work closely global planning to understand and establish the right stocking level, particularly on new product introductions or product discontinuation projects.
Regularly review system planning master data and proactively cleanse it to drive optimized planning result
Project monthly, quarterly and year-end inventory level, analyze performance & establish plans to drive metric improvement to target
Identify Excess & Obsolete, follow through on disposition and reduction opportunities. Drives root cause analysis and CI to prevent new occurrence.
Establish planning strategies & inventory policy to meet business objectives and the targeted service levels.
Key Supply Chain Operation Metrics and Business performance management
Ability to set annual targets, monitors performance and establish plans and strategies to drive metrics improvement to target. Accountable for achieving targeted supply chain metrics: Forecast Accuracy, Line Fill Rate, Back-Order, Inventory Value and Turns
Identify projects to drive supply chain service level, operational efficiency & cost reduction.
Support WW and regional Supply Chain key initiatives to accomplish best in class supply chain metrics performance and improve production/distribution efficiencies and customer experience.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 years demand, supply & inventory planning experience required.
End-to-End Supply Chain experience, understanding of the 5 steps of the S&OP Process
ERP experiences to include SAP IBP, S4 Hana, power BI or other tools
Track records of improving customer service level while simultaneously improving supply chain metrics performance and operation cost
Experience across other supply chain functions such as manufacturing is preferred.

Proficient Excel skills, dashboard creation, strong data analytics and statistical skillset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – ability to work across all functions and levels in the organization and regions; effectively manage multiple stakeholders with different cultural backgrounds
Interdependent partnering and collaboration with regional and global stakeholders.
Customer oriented mindset with business acumen and able to leverage on his/her supply chain knowledge to support business to achieve business goal while at the same time improve supply chain metrics
Good command of written and verbal English language
Functional knowledge & skills
Understanding of the E2E Supply Chain and the Regional Networks
Demand, Supply Planning & Analysis, Capable to drill-down for root cause analysis, links to capability to synthesize and translate findings into business language
System Statistical skill- Skilled and capable in the use of statistical modeling software (SCM) to develop a demand plan
Customer & Market knowledge
Driving Sales & Operational Planning meeting
Strategic Planning/ Network design (SC Modeling & Optimization)
Enterprise Metrics
EDUCATION:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred in supply chain, engineering or business field.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- Certification from a recognized supply chain institution such as APICS or CSCMP is a plus
