MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

  • Promote and sells the company's products in established customers (physicians, Cath labs, hospitals) and to develop new customers.

  • Responsible for the achievement of the sales, market share and/or profit objectives of a specified territory or product. Promotes and establishes physician and account education of the company's products and/or services.

  • Works with manager to set targets for individual accounts and/ or products and monitors on a monthly basis.

  • Have in-depth experience in the (Coronary / Endovascular) intervention industry with good product and technical medical knowledge.

  • Works under general direction and accept additional task require from manager from time to time.

  • Keep abreast of market & competitors’ activities and gather weekly/monthly report information.

  • Track HCP usage patterns, gather HCP feedback and market intelligence

  • Support inventory management, including product movement when required to support customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure achievement of individual sales targets

  • To make regular sales calls to related HCP to promote AV products

  • To provide HCPs with detailed product information, technical specifications and latest clinical data.

  • Maintain close professional relationship with Key accounts and HCPs

  • To develop and implement effective sales plan and messages to promote and increase market share of products.

  • Plan and review sales strategies and promotion activities to HCP eg teaching program, presentations.

  • Provide monthly and adhoc reports in timely manner Customer details, Track usage, sales & MS % , HCP feedback, market & competitive information , etc

  • To keep abreast of market & competitors’ activities and keep the company updated at all times.

  • Keep up to date on latest clinical data and complete all required trainings

  • Provide & Assist HCP if required , in related presentations

  • Manage inventory & consignment levels in accounts to ensure optimal stock levels and products removed from hospital prior to expiry.

  • Close monitoring to report product usage and follow through until billing

  • Collect all required documentation( ie for billing purposes , stock returns etc )

  • Conduct regular stock checks & work closely with CS team on product reconciliation

  • Keep up to date on latest clinical data and complete all required trainings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a life science, business or marketing, any relevant industry experiences an advantage.

  • Relevant product knowledge

  • Capable computer skills for Abbott field reporting data system and necessary correspondence and spreadsheets.

  • Ability to put together a territory business plan. Numerical ability

  • Planning and Organizing

  • Excellent spoken and written of English and local language.

  • Sales experience in hospital environment, preferably with Cardiology product or medical device experience.
