Are you passionate about driving strategic insights and shaping market strategies? Join our dynamic APAC team at Stryker to be responsible for elevating our competitive intelligence and market sizing capabilities?

The role is responsible for supporting Business Insights team in enhancing competitive intelligence and market sizing capabilities for Stryker APAC team. You will play a crucial part in providing information and analysis that will help in shaping the competitive and marketing strategy. This position involves accessing, assessing, and analyzing both internal and external data to deliver for market sizing, competitive tracking, and market insights.

As part of the Business Development and Business Insights APAC team, you will work across all major Stryker businesses, gaining exposure and experience with various countries, functions, and stakeholders.

What you will be doing:

Insights (Customer, Market and Competition):

  • Support in Analyzing marketplace and translate into:

  • Market size and share trends

  • Competitor information or share trend

Synthesize and develop:

  • Support in Analysis of the macro environment to facilitate strategic planning and opportunity quantification for new business development opportunities.

  • Help in providing data analysis to assess competitive dynamics at BU level

Others:

  • Organize and manage market information database / repository to track performance in target segments.

  • Support in market analyses for business specific / country specific needs.

  • Leverage APAC frameworks to support business / country specific initiatives.

  • Provide project management support in key projects (if needed)

  • Contributes specific analyses to aid in the construction of the marketing plan: understanding the components of the Stryker marketing strategy framework and how they fit into strategy and marketing plans.

  • Works with Insights team and marketing team to synthesize the organization’s current accumulated knowledge set and identifies gaps that need to be filled in order to improve decision making.

Who are we looking for:

  • Minimum Undergraduate degree in Management / Business Administration/business Analytics

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in data analytics & market research in any industry. Consulting experience will be a plus.

  • Competent interpersonal communications skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to support on multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.

  • Advanced level knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus

  • Prior experience in healthcare industry will be a plus.
