CBRE, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Compliance Lead to oversee the APAC region.

As the Quality and Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer quality and compliance with GxP services delivered across the sites under your responsibility. You will be leading a team of 3-5 direct reports in the realm of real estate and facilities management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the APAC region, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.

  • Actively participate in quality-of-service delivery for regulated services provided by CBRE and subcontractors in the facility and real estate management sphere.

  • Interface with the Client's Quality Assurance team members to support routine quality assurance and quality control operations.

  • Collaborate with CBRE Excellence Centers on Quality Events, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Root Cause Analysis processes.

  • Provide local support to these processes by providing quality and timely inputs to CBRE Excellence Centers.

Major Accountabilities/Tasks:

  • Lead the day-to-day quality and compliance aspects with the operations team at one or more account sites.

  • Monitor GxP operations at each site and ensure compliance with local and global regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Novartis teams and subcontractors for training aspects.

  • Drive self-inspection programs and vendor management programs in the facility and real estate management context.

  • Provide leadership and support to the Project Team to ensure consistency in approach and standards.

  • Ensure all master service agreement and quality agreement deliverables are executed per contract terms.

  • Conduct Gemba walks, GxP performance management activities, and foster a quality culture within CBRE and subcontractors on-site teams.

  • Lead, analyze, define, execute, and implement project plans along with the project teams.

  • Perform vendor qualification, including survey and risk assessment of potential vendors.

  • Report on project progress and vendor qualifications to the Quality Leadership Team and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Define and implement processes, procedures, and related documents for continuous improvement in project management and vendor qualification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent related work experience.

  • Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, preferably within a quality organization in the Life Science Environment, Pharma, Cosmetics, or Food Companies.

  • Previous leadership experience in facilities management or real estate is essential.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership skills to establish and maintain high standards.
