St. Michael Medical Center is seeking a dynamic and experienced Radiation Therapy Supervisor to join our growing team!

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of highly skilled Radiation Therapists, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate radiation therapy treatments.

  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Radiation Therapy department, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance patient experience and optimize treatment outcomes.

  • Play a key role in the department's growth and development, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Possesses a strong clinical background in Radiation Therapy with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

  • Is a licensed Radiation Therapist (ARRT) and holds a current state license.

  • Demonstrates exceptional leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Possesses strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Is committed to providing high-quality patient care and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

  • Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology.

  • One year of directly related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities preferred.

License/Certification:

  • American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) (T) – required.

  • Current licensure as a Certified Radiological Technologist/Therapeutic - (Required) in Washington State.

  • Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification.

  • Current membership in the American Society of Radiological Technologists (ASRT) is preferred.

Pay Range

$44.92 - $68.16 /hour
