Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Manager to join our mission in Silverdale, WA!

In this role you will manage hourly represented and salaried employees performing Vertical Missile Packaging Building (VMPB) and Missile Service Unit processing operations in support of the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Program. Position is located at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) on Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) - Bangor in Silverdale, WA. You will supervise and provide technical direction to salaried production, support personnel, and hourly ordnance workers during work on the TRIDENT II (D5) missile systems and associated components.

The selected candidate will participate in the Navy's Personnel Reliability and Nuclear Weapon Radiological Controls Programs (PRP and RADCON). PRP requires applicant to submit to careful screening, selection and continuous evaluation process to ensure only those demonstrating the highest degree of individual reliability, trustworthiness, personal conduct and integrity are selected.

Basic Qualifications:

-Qualify for and maintain participation in the Navy's Personnel Reliability Program (PRP).

-Qualify for and maintain participation in the Nuclear Weapons Radiological Controls Program (NWRCO).

-US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Top Secret Security clearance. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start.

Desired Skills:

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education with five years documented supervisory experience.

- Leadership skills and behaviors that align with Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) imperatives.

- Experience collecting and analyzing metrics to make data-based decisions.

- Experience with scheduling, production, and/or processing requirements related to ordnance operations.

- Experience working in the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program at any Field Site or other Support Site.

- Experience facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and/or Continuous Improvement events, and/or Green Belt certification.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, or Washington is $86,700 - $166,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
