• Promote our referral program and help maintain our loss ratio.
• WOW clients by giving them your full attention and empathy, especially during claims.
• Write profitable new accounts and manage renewals, cross-selling and up-selling as needed.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare welcome kits, and manage office supplies with professionalism.

*What We're Looking For*

• A commitment to obtaining your license within the first 90 days. First test to be taken 45 days after study material issued.
• A proactive mindset to educate and counsel clients about their options.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A polished, professional appearance
