Job Summary:

Pinnacle Solutionsis looking for an Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Maintenance Training Instructor - 15M (Gray Eagle) to work in Sierra Vista, AZ. The incumbent will provide instruction for UAS Maintenance Training. Instructors shall utilize conference, demonstration, and practical exercises, IAW the respective POI, to train military personnel in: aviation maintenance fundamentals; basic electronics; and maintenance and operation. Performs maintenance functions during instruction on Gray Eagle UAS equipment and all associated training devices. Sets up equipment required for classroom and practical exercise instruction. Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducts Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) instruction using lesson plans and material provided by the Government IAW the applicable regulations listed in the references section listed within each specific TO

• Tests/re-tests student(s) in accordance with Government provided references, procedures, and forms

• Grades students' work in accordance with Government provided references, procedures, and forms.

• The contractor may be required to provide administrative feedback on students' academic performance verbally and in writing

• The contractor shall conduct study halls for students that fail to meet course standards

• The contractor shall maintain proficiency and currency to the specified standards in primary aircraft IAW requirements in DCMA 8210.1/AR 95-20 Contractor Flight and Ground Operations as well as in course doctrine and equipment

• Training/instruction shall be provided by the contractor utilizing forums such as formal classroom training courses, flight simulators, course facilitation, on-line facilitation, Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI), web-based instruction, workshops, exercises, and seminars IAW respective lesson plans

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Four years’ experience maintaining the Gray Eagle UAS

• Completion of contractor driving driver's certification course

• Preferred aviation maintenance instruction experience

• Army Instructor Certification or equivalent preferred (CFD-IC/ABIC)
