Qualifications and Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

• Good computer skills with knowledge of Excel, Google Workspace preferred
• Must be able to understand and follow plans and specifications to complete projects on time and within budget. 
• Schedule and manage subcontractors
• Secure materials and equipment to complete projects. 
• Follow and update construction schedules
• Have regular supervisory meetings
• Assist in monthly project billing
• Responsible for keeping up with Proposal Requests, Change Orders, etc. during each project.
