Qualified candidates will possess the following:

• minimum 6 mos. relevant experience
• own transportation
• be able to work overtime as needed
• be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• be able to lead a large group of employees and delegate when shift in direction takes place.
• Bilingual capabilities a plus but not required

The line lead position requires you to work alongside other employees while providing direction, support, and leading by example.
