Product Manager

Purpose:
Responsible for developing, prioritizing, and implementing brand strategy with cross-functional team to capture critical customer insights, in order to establish sophisticated brand strategy.
Key Job Accountabilities:
Ensure achievement of target sales, growth, and market share of products
Design tactics based on strategy closely work with strategy team members and the alliance partner.
Analyze performance and customer insights, quickly cycle through the PDCA cycle, and plan and execute optimal tactics.
Manage External Experts to create a good relationship and deliver brand message properly.
Work on creation and rollout of appropriate training programs to drive understanding and improving capabilities in field force.
Work collaboratively across functions, departments, and alliance company to build systems for sustained brand success.
Critical Requirements:
3+ years of experience in product marketing, with successful track records in leading implementation of customer behavior change initiatives.
Ability to drive initiatives based on analysis and understanding of market and customer insights.
Project leadership, innovation, and disruptive thinking to achieve brand’s ambitions.
Logical and strategic thinking, analytical skills with ability to bring project management tools into play for problem solving.
Track record in successfully leading cross-functional projects, involving multiple stakeholders into successful outcomes.

Marketing experience in consumer goods industry
Experience engaging with external experts in the nephrology field
