Duties & Responsibilities

MSLグループは担当領域のメディカルプランの実行に注力し，外部顧客のエンゲージメント活動を推進しています。

疾患領域に精通する医師（External Expert：EE）に対して，上市後の適正使用推進に役立てるインサイトを得るサイエンティフィックインタビュー/ サイエンティフィックエクスチェンジ活動を実行しています。また，特定の医師とのコミュニケーション，アドバイザリーボード会議，公表論文等から，継続的にプロダクトのアンメットメディカルニーズを探求することが求められます。将来のメディカルアクティビティの立案に必要な情報を集約し，外部のステークホルダーとの協働により長期的な視野を持ってプロジェクトの計画ができる人材を求めています。

Basic Purpose of the job

1 担当疾患領域における科学的な課題をサイエンティフィックエクスチェンジを通して解決し製品価値の最大化に貢献する。 To maximize product value through scientific exchange via achieving scientific objective in the responsible therapeutic area　

2 担当疾患領域におけるEE/その他医療関係者からの研究サポートや医学的・科学的ニーズを満たすための情報を提供する。 To provide information to meet medical, scientific needs and research support from EEs / other medical personnel in the responsible therapeutic area

1 活動計画の立案 To build activity plan

・担当疾患領域に精通するEEを特定し、適切に改訂する。 To identify EE in the responsible therapeutic area and revise list accordingly

・担当疾患領域におけるEEとのengagement planを策定する。 To develop appropriate EE engagement plan in the responsible therapeutic area

2 Engagement plan の実行及びその記録 To record and excute engagement plan

・担当製品に関するインサイトを得るために、サイエンティフィックインタビュー/ サイエンティフィックエクスチェンジを実施する。また、そのための適切なコンテンツを作成する。また、学会等からの最新情報も含め得られたインサイトは戦略やアクションプランの策定のために関連部門と共有する。 To conduct scentific interview/scientific exchange in order to gain insight on responsible product and to create appropriate contents. Also, to share insight including latest information from congress, etc. with relevant departments to develop strategies and action plans

・ 担当疾患領域で企画、実施するアドバイザリボード組織化をサポートし、ミーティングを企画・実施する。 To support planning and organization of advisory board for execution in the responsible therapeutic area as well as planning and implementation of meetings

・ EEと定期的なコンタクト/コミュニケーションをとり、製品ライフサイクルを通じて良好な関係構築・維持する。 To build and sustain positive relations with EEs throughout product life cycle via regular contact and communication

3 データ構築及び研究支援 To provide support for research and data building

・データギャップやアンメットニーズを埋めるために、実現可能性、科学的適切性、倫理性を考慮した新たな科学的データを創出する To create new scientific data in consideration of feasibility, scientific appropriateness and ethics in order to fill data gap and unmet needs

・要望に応じた臨床/非臨床の研究をリエゾンとしてサポートする Support clinical/non-clinical research as liaison based on reques

4. 顧客からの要望に応じた承認/未承認/適応外の科学的情報の提供 To provide scientific data on approved/unappro ved/off-label products based on customer's request

・医療関係者からの科学的質問、要望に応じた適切なコンテンツを作成し、担当疾患領域内で承認を得た上で適切に情報提供を行う。 To create appropriate contents based on request and scientiic question from medical personnel as well as to provide appropriate information on top of full approval within responsible therapeutic area

5. 行動規範・法令の順守 To comply with Code of Conduct / Laws and Regulations

・ 法規制や業界ルール（プロモーションコード、公正競争規約、個人情報、データ収集/保管など）、関連SOP を理解し、遵守する。 To understand and comply with regulations and industry rules (promotional codes, fair competition rules, privacy, data collection/storage, etc.) as well as related SOP

・NBI社員の自覚を持ち、社会規範、社内行動規範則って行動する。 To act according to social norms and company's code of conduct with full awareness as a responsible NBI employee

Capabilities (Skills, Experience and Competencies)

・Experience of a rare disease area or respiratory area is preferable.

・Experience in a pharmaceutical company with a product launch is preferable.

・PhD, MSc, MD or Pharmacist in life science field is preferable.

・Experience in medical affairs or medical science liason activities is preferable.

・Excellent communication with physicians is preferable.

*Only Medical Representative (MR) experience is acceptable, but PhD, MSc, MD or Pharmacist in life science field is preferable.

*Only research position experience is acceptable.

・希少疾病領域、呼吸器領域での経験者であるとなお望ましい。

・製薬企業での開発品Launch経験があるとなお望ましい。

・ライフサイエンス分野のPhD（博士）、MSc（修士）、MDもしくは薬剤師が望ましい

・メディカルアフェアーズやMSLの経験があると望ましい。

・業務としてDr.と何かしらのやり取りをしていた方が望ましい

※MRのみの経験でも可能、ただしバックグラウンドはライフサイエンス分野のPhD（博士）、MSc（修士）の方が望ましい

※研究職のみの経験でも可
