職務概要Position Summary:

(オペレーションサポート業務/Operation Supports)

Ø オペレーション分野（倉庫、製造サポート、生産効率）でチームメンバーの業務のとりまとめを行い、富士工場での製造関連業務がスムーズかつ効率的に行われるよう部門・チームをリードする。

Ø 製造プロセスにおけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションを加速させるため、既存プロセスにおける課題発見、解決に向けたソリューションの提案、実行を推進する。また海外のデジタル担当者と連携し、各J&Jサイトで導入しているデジタルソリューションの導入を検討・推進する。

Ø 今後の製造部の方向性・戦略の立案・実行。

Ø 安全、品質、信頼性、コストについての価値を提供するため、積極的に社内のプロジェクトに参画し、安全・品質文化の構築含め、・担当分野のリスク管理・継続的な改善の実施のリードを行う。

Ø JJRC,外部GMP/CGTP査察等からの指摘事項に関する継続的な改善をチームの一員として積極的に行う。

Ø 部門の目標に対するKPI達成に向け、責任範囲のKPIに責任を持ち、KPI達成に向けたアクションプランや改善策を構築・実践する。

Ø 積極的に能力開発を実施し、自身の能力向上だけにとどまらず、部門全体の能力開発向上に寄与できるように取り組む。

Ø チームメンバーと定期的に１on1を行い、本人だけでなく、チームメンバーのパフォーマンス向上や、業務効率改善、課題解決にむけたコーチングを実施する。

Ø DE&Iのマインドセットを上長と協力してチームに浸透させ、積極的に周囲を巻き込んだ活動を実施する。

Ø Coordinates the activity of team members in the operational area (warehousing, manufacturing support, production efficiency) and leads the teams to ensure that production-related operations are excecuted smoothly and efficiently.

Ø In order to accelerate the digital transformation of the manufacturing process, he/she will identify opportunities in existing processes, propose solutions to solve them, and promote the implementation of solutions. In addition, in collaboration with overseas digital personnel, we will consider and promote the introduction of digital solutions introduced at each J&J site.

Ø Planning and execution of future directions and strategies for the production department.

Ø In order to provide value in terms of safety, quality, reliability, and cost, we actively participate in internal projects and lead the implementation of risk management and continuous improvement in our areas of responsibility, including the creation of a safety and quality culture.

Ø As a member of the team, He/she will actively make continuous improvements regarding issues pointed out by JJRC, external GMP/CGTP inspections, etc.

Ø To achieve team/department KPIs, he / she we will take responsibility for the KPIs in the area of responsibility, and develop and implement action plans and improvement measures to achieve the KPIs.

Ø Proactively develop your skills and work to contribute not only to the improvement of your own capabilities, but also to the improvement of the skills of the entire team members.

Ø Conduct periodical one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching for improving their performance, work efficiency, and solving problems.

Ø Working with your superiors to enhance a DE&I mindset into your team. Actively carry out activities that involve the team members.

主な職務及び主な責任

Ø 責任分野における製造関連オペレーションに100％精通する。

Ø 富士工場での職務規則や作業標準を順守しながら、昼勤/夜勤の複数シフト体制の中で、医薬品の検査・包装作業のサポート業務の各エリア（倉庫、製造サポート、生産効率）のリードを行う。

Ø 各エリアのオペレーショントレーニングプランを策定し、継続的に安定したサポート業務が行なえるような組織を作る。

Ø 各エリアにおいて個々のオペレーションサポート業務の分析を行い、日々効率アップに努める。

Ø GMP遵守のため、各種決められたトレーニングをチーム全員が期日通りに完了できるようにプランする。

Ø 作業逸脱、品質問題が起こった場合の各部門間での連絡、ディスカッションをリードする。

Ø チームメンバーとのコミュニケーションを活発に行い、個々のキャリア形成のサポートを実施する。

Ø JJPSのストラクチャーを富士工場に根付かせるために、JJPSの原則と実践を効果的に適用するための人材の育成に寄与する。

Ø 責任分野におけるオペレーションのリードまたはチームメンバーへのコーチングを実施し、コスト競争力の強化を実施する。

Ø パフォーマンスマネジメントをさらに整備し、発生した問題等に対して根本原因の特定及び解決方法をリードし、生産性、信頼性の向上に寄与する。

Ø 変化を積極的に導き、多くの変革に積極的に取り組む。

Ø 100% familiarity with manufacturing-related operations in the area of responsibility.

Ø While complying with the SOP/WI, he/she leads each area of support operations (warehousing, manufacturing support, and production efficiency) of visual inspection and 2ndary packaging for both day and night shifts.

Ø Create an operation training plan for each area and create an organization that can provide stable support for ongoing basis.

Ø Analyze individual support operations in each area and strive to improve efficiency on a daily basis.

Ø To comply with GMP, plan to ensure that all members of the team complete the training on time.

Ø Leads communication and discussion between departments in case of any deviations or quality issue happens.

Ø Actively communicate with team members and provide support for individual career development.

Ø In order to establish the structure of JJPS strategy, he/she will contribute to the talent development to effectively apply the principles and practices of JJPS.

Ø Coaching to team members in areas of responsibility to enhance cost competitiveness.

Ø Further improvement of performance management, identify the root cause of problems, and lead the way in resolving them, thereby contributing to the improvement of productivity and reliability.

Ø Actively lead change and actively engage in many transformations.

Qualifications

応募要件 /Job Requirements:

Ø 製造（包装）または品質に関する経験　

Ø 実務部門(製造、プランニング、品質部門等)における3年以上の勤務経験

　　GMP/CGTPなど業界のレギュレーション知識があると望ましいがマストではない

Ø Experience in manufacturing (packaging) or quality related.

Ø GMP/CGTP knowledge　

Ø At least 3 years of experience working in a business department (manufacturing, planning, quality, etc.)

Ø 高専または4年生大学卒業または同等資格　　

Ø イエローベルト　(リーン、シックスシグマ受講経験)

Ø ビジネスレベルの英語力 (TOEIC 700相当が望ましい) グローバルビジター際の説明や、他部署との折衝（スクリプトあればできるレベル可）

Ø グリーンベルト(リーン、シックスシグマ）があれば望ましい

Ø 統計学関連資格(Desirable)

Ø Graduated from a technical college or 4-year university or equivalent qualification

Ø Yellow Belt (Lean, Six Sigma experience)

Ø Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 700 or equivalent preferred)

Ø Green Belt (Lean, Six Sigma: Desirable)
