職務目的（Job Purpose）

• APCは、AIGグループの一員で、営業拠点５３カ所、損保AIG損保以外に８社の扱い生保はFWD生命・大同生命以外に８社の取扱いをおこなっているAIGジャパンホールディングス１００％出資の代理店です。大阪営業３課は、１４名の営業社員の管理・育成と、新人営業社員の採用・育成が主なミッションです。また大口企業契約の直扱い担当もして頂きます。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

大阪営業第３課は、APC全国の中でも２番目に多く営業社員を抱えている部署です。それぞれの営業社員の出身も（PCA・CCA・ICAの経験者＋未経験者）で構成されており、法人企業保有も相当の数になります。新規＋クロセリそして、既存契約のお客さまをAIGグループで囲い込むためのディフェンスとしての取り組みとなる他社損保への展開等、代理店として多くの取り組みができる組織です。

また、MAA制度（三者間委託制度）といって、高齢で勇退を考える代理店の方々の契約の引継ぎや継承した契約のクロセリ、ＡＩＧ損保における業務廃業代理店の受け皿もしていますので、それらの契約の維持・拡大を営業社員がしっかりできるようサポート育成することが求められている部署になります。大阪営業部の収益の根幹をなすのが営業第３課の新規＋クロセリ新規＋継続率であり、大阪営業部最大の収益拡大のドライバーをなす部署になります。
