Robert Half Legal is partnering with an industry leading firm in the valley in their search for an Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust Attorney. This is a boutique office focused on Estate Planning, Probate, Trust, and Eldercare Law. This is a highly collaborative team that is looking for someone that can hit the ground running. This is a work life balance firm with no billable requirement. They care about their clients and are looking for someone to join them long-term in a contract to hire position. The firm offers a full benefit package upon conversion as well as bonus potential. Fully remote position, must be California barred but can live in any state!

Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust law

• Prepare and brief on legal documents like wills, trusts, and deeds

• Handle Civil Litigation and Probate Litigation processes

• Provide legal advice on Estate Law and Probate Law

Requirements

• Must hold a valid attorney's license and be barred in California

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal field

• Experience in Probate Litigation, Estate Planning and Trust law
