Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with strong customer service experience to join our team. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to managing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Maintain organized project documentation, including contracts, schedules, budgets, and reports.

  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and management.

  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks, proactively finding solutions to mitigate delays.

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed.

  • Utilize project management software and tools to track progress, assign tasks, and ensure accountability.

  • Support invoicing, budget tracking, and expense management related to projects.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and project management tools (Trello, Asana, or similar).

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience in a service-oriented or client-facing industry is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction, logistics, or a similar field.

  • Familiarity with CRM and accounting software.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
