What you’ll do:

  1. Data analysis and support: Provide service operation data statistics and analysis support, output evaluation systems and reports based on business indicators, and propose continuous optimization operational suggestions.

  2. Digital Platform Construction: Responsible for building and optimizing the digital operation platform of the enterprise, including building databases, data warehouses, and developing digital tools.

  3. Digitization of business processes: Coordinate with business departments, collect and organize business requirements, conduct analysis and evaluation, and provide solutions for digital transformation.

  4. System development and optimization: Collaborate with business departments and IT teams, participate in requirement research, system prototype design, development testing, and deployment implementation, responsible for project development progress management and system iteration optimization.

  5. Technical Insights and Applications: Insights and analyzes advanced digital technologies, drives business level improvement, and solves challenges in business processes and management. 5. Establish & continuously optimize a standardized process system for spare parts center work, as well as performance evaluation methods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, software engineering, information technology, and other related fields;

• More than 3 years of operational or project management experience, with relevant experience in after-sales service, digital transformation, data analysis, etc;

• Possess strong logical analysis ability, summary and reporting ability, cross team communication and coordination ability, continuous learning of new technologies, strong sense of responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure;

• Sensitive to data, strong data processing and analysis capabilities, able to extract and analyze data in multiple ways, proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerBI; Familiar with Python, R or VB,

• Ability to compile relevant scripts according to business needs to implement scheduled tasks (VB or Python) is preferred;

• Operational capability: Proficient in using tools such as PPT and Word to report and summarize business, familiar with mainstream ERP systems, such as SAP and CRM;

• Have experience in foreign companies and be proficient in reading and writing English, which can be used as a working language.
