Amazon Global Selling (AGS) is seeking a highly capable, self-directed Senior Service Partner Network (SPN) BD Manager to own China SPN BD strategy, planning and enlarging development to support Seller success. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should have a proven track record in business development roles, an unbridled passion for fast-paced business, accountability and an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to forge strong relationships are essential. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting growing business.

Key job responsibilities

1) Identifying and building partnerships with Service Providers to enlarge our SPN pool through cross-functional collaboration, including but not limited to the marketing, sales teams.

2) Actively look for new partnership opportunities by crafting effective business models, exploring new partnership channels.

3) Develop and monitor SPN partnership programs to effectively drive SPN service provider reach for Sellers.

4) Identify regional service provider communities, build cooperation, and manage the strategic partnership with the Alliance.

5) Support the execution of regional events when events are a part of SPN campaigns.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in in Sales, Business Development.

  • Proved record of strategic relationship development with enterprises, industry parks, or partners.

  • Strong results driven spirit, highly organized and ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects in a fast-paced, multitasking, and dynamic environment.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.

  • A team player at cross-functional collaboration, showcasing teamwork and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA would be a plus.
