The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.

Amazon is growing its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, and we are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven senior Account Managers (AM) with deep insights of domain knowledge to support China-based Sellers who enroll in Amazon Paid Services to maximize their presence and business in Amazon WW marketplace. This role will collaborate with paid AMs to provide customized service to enrolled Sellers’ on strategic domain issues and grow Sellers’ businesses globally. Moreover, this role will influence Paid Central team on paid service module design by deep diving Seller insights. She/He will enable overall AM team capability by scaling best practices and know how.

Key job responsibilities

1). Support all Paid AMs to address critical Seller needs/blockers in assigned domain for selected Sellers quickly;

2). Support all Paid AMs to meet the assigned feature adoption goal in assigned domains;

3). Enable overall Paid AM capability in assigned domain through collaboration with education team;

4). Influence Paid central team on new service content and delivery mechanism based on Seller needs and Amazon roadmap;

5). Share best practice and insight with AM team by leveraging domain mechanism;

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with brand building strategy planning/cross boarder logistics industry background
