What you’ll do:

运营领导力发展计划项目旨在通过开展各种业务工作,发展参与者的领导能力和专业素质,为工厂培养未来的运营领导者。

项目计划参与者将会:

-完成三年轮岗任务,具体轮岗会集中在质量、供应链和精益生产等方面。每任轮岗为期一年。

-通过个人参与和团队合作,完成一些有意义的轮岗项目或任务,提高参与者的自身能力。

-通过项目的专业培训和软性技能指导来获得发展。

-通过轮岗,获得跨业务,跨地区的丰富工作经验和人际关系。

-通过与高级领导团队接触的机会,来进一步规划长期职业发展道路。

Qualifications:

-拥有硕士学位,专业包括但不限于机械或制造工程,电气工程,流体动力控制工程,车辆工程,能源工程,控制系统,自动化,材料工程。

-有1-4年制造业相关工作经验。

-学术成绩出类拔萃。

-富有热情并且乐于接受挑战。

-有较强的快速学习能力。

-对成为未来运营制造领导者有明确的职业目标。

-拥有良好的笔头和口头英语交流能力。
