Amazon Lending Account Manager, Amazon B2B Payments & Lending in Shenzhen, China

Amazon Lending is a part of the Amazon B2B Payments and Lending organization which provides working capital solutions to Sellers and other small business customers. We are expanding our Lending business with the ambition to deliver the world’s best-in-class customer experience and product solutions. We believe we are in a unique position to serve Amazon Sellers with exceptional value due to our deep understanding and insights about our Sellers, supported by our data-grounded analytics and customer-focused approach to building products.

To support our expansion, Amazon Lending is establishing a new Lending Account Manager (LAM) team in China. LAMs will work closely with both AGS Account Managers and our third-party Lending partners (fintech, banks) to serve as Lending subject matter experts, connecting Amazon's Sellers to the financial solutions they need. Amazon LAMs work with large, strategic Sellers to help them confidently access the funding needed to grow their business.

Key job responsibilities

*Strategically develop and execute a comprehensive Seller engagement plan, cultivating a robust customer pipeline to drive the adoption of our Lending program and optimize loan origination/profitability.

*Collaborate closely with our Amazon Global Selling (AGS), Amazon Global Logistics (AGL), Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers (ACCS), and other China-based Amazon stakeholder teams to champion the adoption of our Lending products.

*Establish and nurture relationships with our external Lending partners, leveraging exceptional communication skills to align these crucial stakeholders with the overarching goals of the Amazon Lending program.

*Manage the seamless execution of Seller engagement plans, providing support to external Lending partners in their efforts to target and convert Sellers. Conduct regular Seller adoption performance reviews to deliver impactful results.

*Collaborate with the Lending Country Management team to gather program and product adoption insights, utilizing data-driven analysis to refine the Seller conversion plan.

*Contribute to the foundational development of the Lending Account Management team, initially within China, with the potential for global expansion.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience

  • Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
