Amazon Existing Seller Account Manager, Account Manager (TBAM JP), CN Global Selling ESM in Shenzhen, China

Description

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven individual with Account management experience to drive China-based sellers to maximize their presence and business in Amazon JP marketplaces. The Account Manager will partner with JP sellers, marketing team to grow sellers' business on Amazon JP including identifying opportunities, monitoring seller's healthy growth, performance, as well as working with sellers to achieve our standard and deliver the best e-commerce experience for customer on Amazon. The account manager will own monitoring, analysis, coaching and reporting on CN-based JP seller business.

The successful account manager will:

• Recruit and onboard JP sellers to participate in Amazon programs

• Work with JP sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit

• Work with JP sellers to drive the feature adoption rate to drive the customer experience on Amazon

• Work with JP sellers to achieve data quality standards and become an expert in using internal tools to achieve results

• Work with JP sellers to drive the seller performance and product quality to ensure best customer experience.

• Develop a thorough understanding of assigned product/industry category, including seasonality and JP marketplace business trends/events, and continually monitor competitor/industry developments

• Show super strong competency in delivering result, bias for actions, dive deep, ownership, earn trust and customer obsession

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers

  • 2-5 years relevant experience in the sales and account management or related Job/industries

  • Proven track record of managing relationships and/or projects.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence audiences including those at the senior leadership levels.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to independently deal with tools (Salesforce, Excel, other internal tools)

  • Experienced in using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions

  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • BA/BS required

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts

  • Cross-border learning/working experience is preferred
