What you’ll do:

• Develop category strategies and ensure alignment of category strategies to business requirements and objectives.

• Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, supplier rationalization, VAVE, etc.

• Responsible for supply chain resiliency management, supplier risk and performance management.

• Strictly follow Eaton code of conduct.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.

• Multiple company & over 5years supply chain management/sourcing experience, know well component market trends.

• Fluent English speaking, work smart and efficient with systematic/digitalization thinking, good reporting/Power BI skill, familiar with SAP.
