Amazon's Asia Global Selling Existing Seller Management (ESM) team currently seeks a results oriented Customer Success Manager who can learn quickly and build trust with various stakeholders in a dynamically changing environment. In this role, s/he will be a key member of the Asia Global Selling ESM Team, providing critical support to Strategic Account Management team in designing and launching marketing and Seller engagement campaigns, analyzing and presenting campaign results to senior leadership teams, optimizing existing work process for Strategic Seller event planning and execution; owning workstream optimization and tools development for Seller profiling across ESM organization, as well as leading Strategic Account Manager teams learning and development initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated project/program management skills (preferably in event and campaign management) and the ability to shape work for themselves and supporting other team mates. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to innovate and build strong working relationships with numerous stakeholders within the organization. S/he also has a track record of program management, leading business initiatives, building workflow, and turning data into insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Account Management team to manage and drive critical programs

  • Leverage data and dashboards in order to manage opportunities for multiple Seller programs driving the Asia Global Selling ESM business

  • Interact with multiple stakeholder / business teams to translate ambiguous requirements to execution

  • Structures workflow across the team to effectively prioritize operational support activities

  • Work relentlessly to improve existing processes and using data and fact driven decision making to make recommendations.

Key job responsibilities

  • Owning ESM critical projects planning and SP engagement campaigns creation and implementation

  • Optimizing top seller marketing events planning and campaign results and Seller learning analysis

  • Driving total ESM Strategic Seller Profile learning, define the mechanisms, and summarize Seller learnings holistically.

  • Owning ESM Strategic Account Managers training plan including learning modules and coordinating training sessions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in event planning, marketing or program management.

  • Strong analytical skills (identify business opportunities from data and facts)

  • Experience in developing SOP/Tools and build mechanism for complicated working process

  • Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and build partnerships with a wide range of stakeholders

  • Strong prioritization/ time management skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven record in business initiative formulation and drive business agenda

  • Data tools development is a plus (Quicksight)
