Purpose of the Position:

Daily support for Customer Service Team

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Work with Customer Service team for daily operation

• Check order, confirm the accuracy of order entry

• Prepare PFI, COOand confirm customer payment

• Order entry, order related data entry and maintenance

• Documents file

Other teamwork as required

Project involved with:

• New project

• Seminar and Exhibition

Requirements: Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree, prefer major in English or International trade related

Requirements: Required Skills

• Good at English

• Understood International Trade process and familiar with incoterm

• Familiar to use office software_ Excel, Word and PowerPoint
