LinkedIn Client Oversea Solution Program Sales Consultant (Open to be based at Beijing/Shanghai/Shenzhen) in Shenzhen, China

We seek an experienced and dynamic Client Oversea Solution Program Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will take the lead in grasping our clients' recruitment needs, overseeing the process, and ensuring its execution with clear success metrics aligned.

We're seeking someone with a proven track record in solution selling and project management, particularly within the recruitment domain. Your ability to effectively leverage resources and maximize the potential of LinkedIn's suite of products and platforms will be instrumental in your success. As the Program Sales Consultant, you will be responsible in driving project success and the renewal of deals to expedite overseas business growth for Talent Solutions in China.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the process of program execution, ensure that our customer satify with the outcome and buy in Clients Overseas Solutions (COS) value, drive the COS program renewal rate, generate bookings and achieve the sales quota

  • Understand the customer’s challenges, goals and expectations, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders and end-users. Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively on the project objectives, and increase customer engagement.

  • Lead the Program Associates to execute the COS program, including setting and aligning project targets, success criteria, and timelines. Analyze the customer’s needs and pain points to identify sales opportunities.

  • Monitor performance data and manage project processes; anticipate and mitigate risks. Understand the customer’s hiring issues and provide customized solutions. Share relevant market trends, industry insights, and overseas hiring experiences to boost client confidence in LinkedIn.

  • Enhance the customer’s satisfaction with the COS program results and demonstrate the COS value proposition. Establish a long-term partnership and increase the COS program retention rate.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years proven experience in project management or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry (such as Headhunting, Recruitment Process Outsourcing)

  • Business fluency in English and Mandarin (written and verbal) due to client needs

  • BA degree from a 4-year college or university or applicable experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienced in managing people and leading teams

  • A track record of quota overachievement and hitting working targets

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn products and platforms

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Comfortable to do business travel within China
