This exciting role offers opportunity to:

What you’ll do:

"1.清洁和工衣、宿舍、固资、废品与垃圾分类、印章、合同等事务推行和管理;

2.门禁和安保与前台管理、车辆安排及管理、餐厅事务管理、来宾接待事务、会议室巡查、茶水间饮品管理、办公室和公共区域绿植布置、维护。"

"1.清洁:公司清洁卫生管理事务督导和清洁用品管理事宜,每日全厂环境、卫生巡查、拍照即时问题改善;

2.宿舍:宿舍人员进出、安全、环境、卫生等管理和提升,每月宿舍费用报销及水电费分摊;

3.固资:公司固资报废、转移、出售、盘点等管理和流程变更参与,每月处理固资异动给财务更新;

4.废品:公司可回收品分类收集管理和每月出售,符合固废管理规定;

5.垃圾分类:全厂推行、宣导、执行垃圾分类,配合城管、社区、街道各自检查和政策推行;

6.印章合同:BA1公章、法人章、财务章等办理及BA1共43枚印章年度盘点,20份有效合同之管理根进;

7.工衣统计、申请、发放,门禁卡办理和开通各区域门禁权限;

  1. 安保、前台管理;

  2. 会议、公共区域巡检,保障办公设备正常使用;

  3. 公务车安排及管理,私家车停车证排队及发放;

  4. 餐厅管理,确保员工用餐卫生安全;

  5. 来访嘉宾接待,会议布置;

  6. 办公室、公共区域绿植布置,维护;

  7. 茶水间饮品管理; 15.车辆费用及总务各种费用申请、报销、分摊、计提等。"

Qualifications:

"1、优选外企制造业工作经验;

2、须具备2-3年以上访客、贵宾接待等方面的工作经验;

3、须具备2-3年以上清洁、餐厅管理经验;

4、须具备2-3年以上安保、前台、茶水间、会议室管理经验;

5、须具备2-3年以上宿舍管理经验;

6、掌握废品管理要求;

7、掌握印章、钥匙等管理流程。"
