Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is a strategic leader who oversees the HR department’s core functions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead in-depth analyses of HR data to identify trends and provide insights that support business decisions. • Partner with HR leaders to develop and optimize programs related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and retention strategies. • Oversee the enhancement of HR information systems to ensure efficient data management and directing and coordinating the implementation of effective HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization. • Leading a team of HR professionals, fostering their growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. • Partnering with senior management to understand business objectives and align HR initiatives with company goals. • Overseeing talent management, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent. • Managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring legal compliance and promoting a positive work environment. • Developing comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that attract and retain employees. • Guiding the performance management process, ensuring it is fair, consistent, and aligned with organizational objectives. • Championing employee development programs that support career growth and organizational needs. • Analyzing HR metrics to inform decision-making and report on the effectiveness of HR initiatives. • Ensuring the HR department operates efficiently and responsively to the needs of employees and the organization. Team Management: • Lead and manage a team, providing guidance, feedback, and support. • Set goals and KPIs for team members and monitor performance. • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment. • Develop and implement training programs to keep team members updated on trends and strategies.

Qualifications: • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field with at least 5 years experience, with at least 2 years experience as a people manager or equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts. • Strong knowledge and understanding of HR laws, regulations, and requirements. • Experience with HRIS system and Microsoft 365. • Planning and Scheduling: Proficiently create project plans, define milestones, and establish timelines. Ensure that tasks are well-organized and aligned with strategic objectives. • Budgeting: Skillfully manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses. Make informed decisions to optimize financial outcomes. • Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, tools, and other resources efficiently to achieve project goals. Balance competing priorities and adapt as needed. • End-to-end Project Management: Lead improvement projects from initiation to completion. Monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of measurable results.
