Salary: 20.00+Commissions

Express Employment is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesperson/Estimator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing accurate project estimates, and contributing to the growth of the business by securing new contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather information for estimates
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and timelines
• Engage in cold calling, door-to-door prospecting, and attending industry events to generate new leads
• Present proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure smooth project execution
• Negotiate contracts and close sales
• Stay up to date with industry trends, pricing, and materials
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, estimating, or a related field (preferably within the construction industry)
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience with cold calling, door-to-door sales, and attending industry events
• Strong attention to detail and ability to provide accurate estimates
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and estimating software is a plus
