Position Summary:

In this role your time will be divided between the HR Systems Team and the People Analytics Team.

You will support the implementation of the HR Core System (SuccessFactors) strategy. Focus will be on enhancing the user experience through automation and simplification of HR processes to reduce manual administration work for the HR team.

You will also support the People Analytics strategy by ensuring data quality is high, and system usage is consistent. Through your understanding of the data landscape you will support the development of data reports, visualizations and surveys

Your responsibilities will be divided into key focus areas:

Operational HR Systems Maintenance: You will work to ensure all system users are effectively supported, through the management of user tickets, outages, and issues to resolution within SLAs.

HR Systems Strategic Roadmap: You will contribute to the creation of the rolling three year SuccessFactors Roadmap, and the full stack overarching HR Systems Strategy. You will support selected HR Systems projects to assist with their effective completion.

Continuous Improvement: Support the Reinforcing And Improving System Experience (RAISE) Roadmap and enhancement activity for SuccessFactors, based on user feedback optimization priorities.

People Analytics: Your expertise in data and reporting will be fundamental to the People Analytics team’s ability to provide meaningful insights, and deliver a roadmap of enhanced visualizations and listening methods.

Accountabilities

• Contribute to the development of HR Systems strategy, policies, and procedures

• Provides Tier 1-3 technical support for SuccessFactors and other HR systems, including researching and resolving issues and providing break/fix solutions

• Manage regular audits e.g. SOX, EEO-1, by providing appropriate people data reports that ensure HR data governance compliance

• Support the maintenance of HR data health in all HR Systems

• Partner with the Total Rewards and Talent Management teams to manage systemized Performance and Merit processes

• Prepare import templates for bulk data loads into SuccessFactors, eg merit changes

• Monitor and test semi-Annual SuccessFactors release functionality

• Support HR Systems projects. This includes requirements gathering, configuration, testing and production support

• Identify process challenges and implement appropriate corrections or improvements with associated training of the teams

• Gather and respond to feedback to identify and deliver continuous improvement activities in support of RAISE

• Create system reports, analysis and insights as needed

• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Required Education, Skills, and Experience

• Fully experienced HRIS administrator with strong knowledge of other full stack HR Systems, eg Qualtrics

• Experience with supporting and enhancing SuccessFactors modules, including EC, ECP, PM, PMGM, RCM, RMK, ONB and LMS

• Maintain HR Systems data governance and security through permissions and access control

• Knowledge of Workflow setup and RBP configuration and management

• User Ticket management and triage using systemized ticketing system eg ServiceNow

• Strong knowledge of data automation and visualization tools, eg Snowflake, PowerBI

• HR Data extraction and analysis expertise to support meaningful insights

• Expert Excel user, competent in Power Query, and Pivot chart creation

• Clear, thoughtful verbal and written communications

• Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities

• High attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality

• Teamwork and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

• Flexibility to work outside of core office hours when dealing with teammates in other time zones

• Travel may be required in support of projects and HRST/PA Team strategic meetings

• Office attendance in accordance with Hybrid guidelines

The salary range for this position is $88,000 - $115,000. Actual base salary offered to a candidate may vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance.
