  2. Order supplies, keep records and accounts, price items on menu, or plan menu;
  3. Clean food preparation equipment, work areas, and counters or tables; 
  4. Perform food preparation tasks, such as making sandwiches, carving meats, making soups or salads, baking bread or desserts, and brewing coffee or tea; 
  5. Restock kitchen supplies, rotate food, and stamp the time and date on food in coolers;
  6. Grill, cook, and fry foods such as French fries, eggs, and pancakes; 
  7. Plan work on orders so that items served together are finished at the same time; 
  8. Grill and garnish hamburgers or other meats, such as steaks and chops;

Work Hours may vary. Wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour.Overtime available and will be paid $24.00-$27.00 per hour. Location: Boyne City, MI 49712, No travel will be required. The employer will use a single workweek to compute wages due. Alldeductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The worker will be paid on aweekly basis. The employer will provide the worker at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipmentrequired to perform the job. There will be no on-the-job training. The employer guarantees to offerwork for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period. H-2B worker will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing,border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodgings) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed if the worker completes half the employment period. Daily transportation to and from the job site will be provided. Workers will be provided with board, lodging, or other facilities, and/or theemployer will assist workers in securing hoard, lodging, or other facilities. Housing is optional and thecost of housing with any deductions will be consistent with the 9142B (specific housing costs arc unknown but lodging will notexceed reasonable fair market value cost based on the number of occupants). If the worker completes50% of the work contract period, the employer will arrange and pay directly for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract,or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker
