To support the HRSS Manager in managing HRSS business processes and continuous improvement projects within our regional HRSS. This role requires someone that is highly organised, can manage projects and has a desire to drive change through continuous improvement.

You will be responsible for providing HR/HRSS colleagues and business stakeholders with improved HRSS operational effectiveness through continuous improvement projects. You will act as the regional super user for HR Systems (HR Cloud/ORC, Dayforce, ServiceNow & OnBase) and support data management, correction, and audit practices.

This role will champion all aspects of best operational practice including process review, implementation of continuous improvement approaches and simplification of our service experience. You will have responsibility for the governance of HRSS processes, continuous improvement projects and standardizing HRSS tools, templates, and access to information (SharePoint).
