Key Responsibilities: Remove drywall scraps from job sites Deliver drywall scraps to a disposal site Install paper over subfloors to prep for drywall finishing Follow all safety guidelines and protocols Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Perform other related duties as assigned Role Requirements: previous experience in drywall or a related field is preferred, but not necessary Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and problem-solving skills Reliable transportation to arrive at our shop on time daily Physical demands: This role requires regular lifting, carrying, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Tasks involve handling drywall materials, using tools with precision, and working in various conditions, including exposure to dust and debris. Adherence to safety guidelines and effective communication are essential.
