Your Role: The Receiving Coordinator at MilliporeSigma will complete the following tasks on a daily basis: Process inbound and outbound materials Receive inbound material into stock and identify where the material is to be staged on the site Prepare shipping documents to be sent to customers Contact carriers to set pick-up times Coordinate with drivers to identify which materials are assigned to each driver Shift/hours - 1st shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, M-F Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 1+ year of fulfillment, customer service, or warehousing experience Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrate professional verbal and written communication skills with all levels of staff Ability to work quickly and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Operate PCs, scanners, printers, and shipping equipment Ability to read, hear, speak and understand English language Ability to work in a group setting Ability to operate PCs, scanners, printers, shipping equipment (meters, tape machines, etc) and various cutting instruments Detail oriented RSREMD What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
