JOB REQUIREMENTS: Line Support 1st Shift - 51442 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Line Support 1st Shift Pay Range: \$25.36/hr - \$26.95/hr Hours: 5:30am - 2:30pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications * Work together with other Meadowside Members to obtain World Class blending results in safety, yields, usages, and efficiencies by * Conducting Thermometer Calibrations * Perform weight checks according to Company control limits * Have thorough understanding of TQC and HAACP processes including daily temperature check reports, pre-operational and operation inspections and pre-shipment review processes * Ensure all USDA and in- house sampling procedures and paperwork are followed * Ensure safety procedures are followed * Coordinate R&D tests and make sure procedures are followed. * Coordinate rotation of all line Members * Food Safety, Quality and Human Safety contact when Team Leader is not available. * Learn and report daily Kronos information * Actively participate and facilitate meetings/teams that you attend such as the daily Tailgate meetings. * Coach members to consistently manufacture \"great tasting\" sausage products according to specifications. * Learn and be an active part of the developing and enhancing new technology in the cooked/smoked side of the plant. * Set goals and objectives; both personal and as a team member to acquire \"superlative\" performance In order to support the Johnsonville Way.
