JOB REQUIREMENTS: Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift - 51440 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Electro-Mechanical Technician 2nd Shift Pay Range: \$32.11/hr - \$41.61/hr + \$1.50 Shift Premium Hours: 1:00pm 9:30pm; Monday-Friday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities: * Apply RCM techniques to improve the performance of a variety of production equipment * Perform maintenance of utility equipment * Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on various production and utility equipment * Work on projects (i.e. machining, fabrication and working with outside vendors) * Help gather information to create technical equipment data for development of preventative maintenance information for SAP * Assist with new equipment installation and/or equipment relocation * Maintain facilities and equipment to meet Countryside, OSHA and U.S.D.A. standards * Be part of teams that implement ideas to improve uptime of plant equipment through equipment modifications, layout adjustments, and general machine maintenance Date: August 7th, 2024 Location: Meadowside Sheboygan Falls, WI Member Status:Full Time, Hourly Manufacturing Positions Available: 2 Benefits: Members have potential for a monthly bonus, 401k with a company match and profit sharing. Also, Servo Drive experience/understanding required.
