Export Services Internship As an intern in our Export Services Team, you are going to be an integral part of our mission to ensure compliance with global export regulations. Engage in Transaction Screening:
Objective: Dive into the critical task of ensuring that all transactions comply with export regulations.
Learning Focus:
Understand the importance of export compliance and its impact on global trade.
Learn how to use specialized tools to screen transactions.
Develop the ability to identify and analyze potential compliance risks.
Facilitate Communication and Harmonization:
Objective: Contribute to the consistency and efficiency of our export compliance processes.
Gain insights into how communication drives successful compliance across a global organization.
Participate in team discussions and learn how best practices are shared and implemented.
Explore the challenges of harmonizing processes in a multinational environment.
Support Business Units:
Objective: Assist in guiding business units to meet their export control obligations.

Assist in creating educational materials and delivering presentations to enhance understanding of export controls.
Contribute to the Implementation of the Export Control Internal Control Program (ICP EX):
Objective: Play a role in establishing and maintaining our Internal Control Program.

Understand the steps involved in implementing a comprehensive compliance program.
Assist in drafting process instructions and maintaining essential documentation.
Learn how internal audits are conducted and how compliance is monitored.
Tackle Additional Export-Related Tasks:
Objective: Gain exposure to various aspects of export compliance through diverse tasks.
Learning Focus:
Adapt to new challenges and broaden your understanding of export services.
Work closely with the Global Customs Compliance and Export Services Team on special projects.
Enhance your problem-solving skills by addressing real-world compliance issues.What You Need to Make an Impact:
Academic Excellence: You are an enrolled Bachelor or Master student with a strong academic background, ideally in international trade, law, or finance.
Interest in Learning: You have a keen interest in understanding export regulations and compliance.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will help you excel in this role.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills are a plus.
