Description

• Accountability for overall medical strategy; evidence-generation plan & execution, educational program design and execution, key medical message communication and KOL engagement

• Build and maintain a trusted panel of experts that can deliver industry leading, highly relevant scientific content to engage and educate dermatologists across China.

• Partner with key external stakeholders to share relevant science at forums, congresses, government events etc. to drive the relevance of Aveeno as part of daily skin care.

• Develop Strategies to partner with the Govt/ Health Authorities in China to drive public awareness on the importance of skin allergy or DCL products.

• Constantly develop and share new science content with KOLs/ DHCPs/ Health Authorities/ Customers and Consumers in China

• Develop strong internal networks with all functions to increase recognition of the role of HCPs and HCP KOLs in driving daily skin care relevance.

• Conduct regular training sessions to educate internal employees on the science of our products

• Partner with the local and regional R&D teams to develop new claims, communications and demos that elevate and/or differentiate our products through superior science.

• Support commercial events by conducting live demos, Q&A sessions, PR engagements etc. to share our science with consumers and customers.

• Ensure medical enquiries from internal and external customers are responded to in timely fashion with high quality and in accordance with internal policy and external legislation.

• Expert review and input to licensing deals, safety issues, business plans, compound strategies etc.

• Line management including career growth and development for direct reports helping to build functional capabilities that ranges from deep technical mastery to medical leadership and crossfunctional collaboration

Qualifications

• A dermatologist with > 5 years industry-relevant experience supporting both innovation and life cycle management projects.

• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams both locally and ex-China with outstanding communication and people skills to activate and engage others as well as influence without authority.

• Proven track record of driving thought-leadership and KOL advocacy

• Experience of developing and administering internal technical training programs

• Being able to connect cross-functionally building strong interdependent partnerships internally and externally

• Good project, budget and time-management skills

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and constructively challenge the cross-functional team and business partners.
