工作职责：

• 负责公司来电转接

• 负责对外来访客人接待、登记和引导工作，并及时通知被访人员

• 负责公司快递的收发工作、办公用品盘点 、采购等

• 协助公司办公室零食饮品事宜

• 协助上级完成公司日常行政事务及活动策划等工作

招聘要求：

• 有良好的中文和英文沟通技巧和读写能力

• 文秘、英文、行政管理及相关专业在校大专或本科生

• 熟练使用各种办公系统

• 正直、积极、细致耐心，有责任心及团队精神，性格开朗，待人热诚

• 保证3个月或以上实习期，每周至少4天工作
