About the role

Established Test and Validation professional. Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment on small to medium platforms/projects/systems. Ensures that systems perform accordingly to meet production quality. Documents test results and maintains records.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Test Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• 精通实验室测试原理和技术，熟悉空调产品的性能和可靠性试验，能给测试员进行测试技术、产品的性能和可靠性试验以及国标的培训；

• 主导客户见证测试（现场见证和远程见证），可以熟练使用中英文，介绍和解释实验室测试原理和测试技术，并可以解答客户提出的问题；

• 按照实验室资源合理安排协调实验室测试计划；

• 熟悉CNAS，可以独立完成不确定度的评定、测试方法确认、实验室比对分析、测量审核、编制质控图并分析原因等；

• 按照CNAS要求审核检测报告；

• 熟悉实验室投资和建造过程，能熟练协调和沟通相关部门和供应商保证投资进度和质量；

• 能指导测试员，维护、排查和解决实验室的仪器设备故障；

• 完成上级交办的其他任务。

As a minimum you must have:

• 教育背景:全日制本科及以上；制冷、热能、暖通相关专业；

• 经验：有空调实验室测试和产品开发测试验证经验优先；无经验，但积极主动，勤奋好学，吃苦耐劳亦可;

• 技能技巧：熟练使用办公软件（office、CAD等）；英语四级及以上；良好的中英文沟通能力；

• 态度：积极进取，责任心强；能承受工作压力；高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神。服从偶尔加班。
