Description and Requirements
工作职责
负责智能座舱研发项目全生命周期管理；对智能座舱研发项目整体进度负责，全程参与并领导项目规划、风险管理、变更管理等活动，确保项目准时交付并达成质量标准；
在多项目并行条件下，管理研发团队内优先级及中远期项目规划，协调资源确保项目集进度、整体项目目标达成
负责统一内部项目流程的制定和推广落地；结合业务和团队特点积累沉淀项目管理方法论；持续抽象将通用流程/规范平台化，完善相关工具链建设，提升项目交付效率和质量
建立和执行高效的内外跨部门协同机制，与客户、运营、工厂、产品和研发等相关团队进行高效沟通和紧密合作，确保项目目标达成。
在整个项目执行中，辅助项目经理确保项目目标达成。
任职资格
大学本科及以上学历（含学位），汽车工程、电子信息工程、计算机、软件及其它电类等相关专业，英语口语流利；
对汽车及智能化产品有深刻理解项目经验。
领导过跨国，跨地域，跨部门汽车智能化项目，涵盖复杂硬件，软件开发并成功交付。
对软件敏捷化流程有深刻理解，并有落地经验。
推动力强，能强力推动内外部资源协同开展项目，并能处理复杂的协同关系。
对16949，ASIPCE等流程熟悉。
对工厂生产流程熟悉。
跨部门协调能力强。
