We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who will be a key member of the AI Infrastructure Software team which focuses on improving tooling efficiency, and maximizing productivity for the data-driven development of Autonomous Vehicles (AV) software.

What You Will Be Doing:
:Collaborate with teams across the company to plan and drive data close loop tool development initiatives
Drive scheduling and planning for all phases of the software development process
Manage and track critical issues related to data close loop tool/platform
Build and refine metrics to track the performance of the data factory, highlight opportunities for improvement and enable data-driven decision
Propose data mining strategy to fulfill development data needs, experiment and deploy the methodology, monitor results and continue refining
Continuously assess opportunities to accelerate data loop, propose automation solutions and execute on them
What We Need To See:
BS or MS in STEM or a related field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics or related field
Proficient in Python, SQL, familiar with ETL pipeline, Linux command
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Curious and passionate about innovation
Consistent track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring order to ambiguous situations
Fluent English communication
