Job Description

Position Summary:

The Service Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the installation operations of China Service. This role entails leading a team to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of daily operational tasks, managing and developing team members, and optimizing processes to enhance team efficiency and work quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of tasks such as instrument master data maintenance, installation order creation, installation site condition verification, and assignment of installation orders after instrument delivery.

• Develop and implement team management policies and personnel development plans; continuously optimize performance assessment indicators.

• Cooperate with upstream and downstream business departments to optimize existing installation processes to improve team efficiency and work quality.

• Coordinate with Finance and Commercial team to track and promote the confirmation of installation deferred revenue.

• Coordinate the third-party handling of large-scale instrument before installation.

Qualifications:

• BS degree or above, at least 2 years team management experience, familiarity with the instrument industry is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development

• Excellent organizational skills and experience in process optimization.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with upstream and downstream departments.

• Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
