Key Responsibilities at existing job

• Formulate, initiate & implement the business strategy and engagement plan to lead the sales and BU team achieve the profitable revenue growth, consistently sustain market share increasing for New Energy Vehicle business on China market.

• Daily work to drive demand creation, implement the platform & solution selling at key Car OEM Customers. Work together with BU and Sales team to support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production

• Developing relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and sourcing management, coordinate supporting actions and resolve application issues

• Lead the customer engagement and relevant back-end parties (Business Units & Marketing, sale, field applications engineering team etc.) to complete the Design in to Design won cycle including but not limited to competitive analysis, market intelligence and pricing negotiations.

• Take fully responsibilities for customer management and drive the strategic collaboration in 2 to 5 years (includes MOU, Joint Lab, LTSA, NPI etc.)

Key Responsibilities at strategic business development

• Leverage the business and market knowledge to synthesize market input and help BU identify new business opportunities, drive the new product roadmap to win China market.

• Assist Business unit for demand management, drive the customer commitment for the new business, support and manage customer’s design cycle from prototyping to mass production.

• Coordinate internal and external resources as link team to secure the Power solution and ADAS business opportunities at the key Car OEM customers.

• Developing relationships with the relevant key customer’s executives, take care the regular customer visiting to US BU, coordinate strategic action and resolve customer issues.
