Abbott SFE Manager in Shanghai, China
Primary Job Function
This role is responsible for supporting Retail & EC BU on target setting & allocation, territory design and optimization, customer segmentation management, incentive communication and dealing with appeals from field force as the business partner; and driving the channel strategy landing from SFE perspectives.
Core Job Responsibilities
Understand BU and brands strategy, lead field force implementation including target chain/store selection, territory setting/optimization, target setting/allocation. Drive the optimization of target setting methodology.
Lead the customer analysis; take care of the engagement planning, engagement tracking.
Lead Retail Profiling, segmentation & targeting projects.
Support BU on KPI (CRM etc.) tracking and discover the root cause of lagging and propose actions.
Conduct regular analysis of productivity, performance of field force and work out improving areas with insights. Conduct ad-hoc analysis with BU requirements.
Work as the window person of BU sales, incentive KPI etc. appealing. Facilitate required field training.
Support field force on utilizing SFE platforms/systems/dashboards in their daily operation, bridge system issues with technical teams for resolution.
Work as a key player of incentive framework design and communicate the incentive policy to all layers of field force.
Contribute to chain/store potential project as key player.
Contribute to sales line analysis & restructuring when there is a business need.
Collect field force inputs and work with SFE peers to find improving areas and communicate back as a close loop.
E xperiences:
Bachelor’s degree and above
5+ years of total experience with deep understanding of core business of pharmaceutical
SFE BP of Retail or operation in Retail BU(team) experience is a must
Retail SFA project experience is a plus
Project management experience is a plus
Skills and Competencies Required :
Proficient in verbal and written communication
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Team player with learning agility
Effective communication and being able to work with remote stakeholders
High sense of responsibility and compliance respect, proactive & inspiring spirits to optimize existing processes
Fluent in English and mandarins in both written and verbal
Good presentation skill is a plus
