Key Area of Responsibility:

• Responsible for new retail projects to bring the brand's best practices to more brands, such as Red Book, social commerce, etc.

• To create partnership with retail and wholesale team to better understand and meet their training needs

• To prepare and update new retail training materials to cope with the development of business and company strategies

• Deliver new retail training programs and provide field coaching for sales team

• Assist in the production of e-learning courseware

• To participate in various training and HR projects/initiatives (e.g. retail competency / talent development)

• To organize training programs to dealers’ trainer and retail operations and sales staffs

• To travel regularly for providing training to retail staff and wholesales partners

Education / 学历背景:

• Diploma or above

Experience / 工作经验:

• Minimum 3-5 related working experience

• Experience in running new retail projects independently

Knowledge / 专业知识:

• Familiar with the operation rules of social platforms, especially Red Book

• Mastering content creation for social platforms

• Experience in conducting and evaluating training program

• Hands on experience in preparing training material and presentation

• Good presentation skill and excellent interpersonal skill

• Good communication skills and execution skills

Language / 语言应用:

• Proficient in written & spoken Chinese

• Fluent in English

Computer / 计算机操作:

• Proficiency in MS Office
