Job Description
Responsibilities:
Develop GTM strategy for MBD China
Lead the MBD China Sales team to identify and capture the new business opportunities
Engage the team to implemented sales model transformation and strongly improve end customer intimacy
Collaborate with other functions to build channel management framework, sales performance metrics, and etc to enhance sales excellence
Develop effective team structure and build talent pipeline for business sustainable growth
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience
Experience in microbiology is required
Experience in a matrixed organizational structure is admired
Demonstrated team leadership ability working effectively across functions
Strong communications skills and manage complexity
Self motivated and result driven
Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable conclusions
Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA will be a plus
Fluent English is a plus
