Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop GTM strategy for MBD China

  • Lead the MBD China Sales team to identify and capture the new business opportunities

  • Engage the team to implemented sales model transformation and strongly improve end customer intimacy

  • Collaborate with other functions to build channel management framework, sales performance metrics, and etc to enhance sales excellence

  • Develop effective team structure and build talent pipeline for business sustainable growth

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales management experience

  • Experience in microbiology is required

  • Experience in a matrixed organizational structure is admired

  • Demonstrated team leadership ability working effectively across functions

  • Strong communications skills and manage complexity

  • Self motivated and result driven

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw actionable conclusions

  • Flexibility to travel up to 50% of time

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA will be a plus

  • Fluent English is a plus
